The project will use oral history recordings of people working today and in the past in food & drink farming. We will look for people who have previously worked, and who are currently working in apple, cider, Perry, beef and hops brewing, all of which are still around today.

We aim to capture contemporary voices in farming and add them to the archive.

We will also bring the stories to visitors to Bromyard, who can find out more about the local economy.
